A licensed realtor for more than three decades, Steven Baggiero
resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he specializes in renting and
selling homes. Living in the south Florida region for so long, he has
witnessed firsthand the changing real estate environment, which now
includes luxury high rises and exclusive properties lining Fort
Lauderdale beaches as well as mixed-use real estate in the downtown
area. Of the properties he has sold, the Wilton Station development was
one of the largest. A gated community, Wilton Station was a project
consisting of 272 units. Steven Baggiero exceeded all expectations by
selling out all the units prior to the project breaking ground. He later
resold the property to another party.
While he dedicates much
of his time to real estate, Mr. Baggiero still finds time to enjoy life.
An Italian, he loves to travel to Italy, where he owns a second home.
There, Steven Baggiero dines on classic Italian cuisine and likes to
visit neighboring countries by train.
